Daniel Craig sought for five further Bond films

Grumpy bathing suit , , might be sticking around for a further five films if producer Michael G Wilson has anything to say about it

In news that must have Michael Fassbender grinding his teeth and screaming into his pillow, Bond producer Michael G Wilson has announced his desire for the incumbent Bond, Daniel Craig, to return after Skyfall for numbers 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.

“I’d love Daniel to surpass Roger’s record and do eight pictures,” The People reported Wilson as saying, “He’s a filmmaker’s dream”. Wilson also had a little more to give away about number 23, or Skyfall as it’s properly known, saying the film will have a sixties feel, that “it’s more ‘Sean’”, and  “there’s a magical Goldfinger feel surrounding it all”.

Currently filming, Skyfall is set for an October 2012 release date but Craig can be seen before then in David Fincher's English-language adapation of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, out on December the 26th.
